Find strength, share experiences, and build a brighter future with our supportive community.
We are raising funds for the BTSS Clinical Care Co-ordinator Project Initiative, helping patients and families with better care support and guidance. Our first fundraising campaign will be through the BTSS Gala Dinner 2025, with Tote Board dollar matching — every dollar you give will be matched.
BTSS has been an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) since 2022. Donations of $100 or more are eligible for a 2.5x tax deduction.

"Surviving a brain tumour changes your entire perspective. BTSS helped me process my emotions, deal with fatigue, and meet others who truly understood. Now I give back by volunteering at events. It's healing, full circle."
- Survivor and Volunteer
"Diagnosed with a brain tumour in December 2022, my world crashed. But finding BTSS gave me hope and strength. Meeting other patients and caregivers, their stories encouraged me to fight on and thrive in life and career, even with post-operative vision challenges."

"Lana's brain cancer diagnosis left us devastated, particularly Melissa and her team, which provided the support we desperately needed. Their community understood our pain, and their programs brought joy to our family. We're forever grateful for BTSS's love and support."
- Caregiver
"As a doctor, I focus on medical care, but BTSS takes patient care further. They greatly improve my patients' overall well-being by offering emotional support, practical help, and a strong community. BTSS is a crucial partner, helping our patients truly thrive."
